Agency 801 is a commercial start up insurance agency. We just celebrated a successful first year in operation and are looking to go to that next level. We are seeking a startup friendly, entrepreneurial minded person wanting to have control over their own career and grow with us as a commercial P&C outside sales insurance agent! We provide the foundation and platform for your drive, you bring the ability to acquire customers.
We are seeking an individual with the following skills, abilities and/or experience:
- A current Property & Casualty Insurance License
- You are a self-starter with initiative
- Team player and contributor
- Highly organized and meticulous
- You build and nurture relationships and have a genuine concern for the success of your clients
- Creative strategist with flare for thinking outside the box
- Constantly learning and understanding the marketplace
Pay: $35,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year anticipated in the first year/no caps

We have built a system of driving customers through our online platforms and resources, which will allow you to communicate directly with customers who are seeking insurance solutions. We provide the foundation and platform for your drive, you bring the ability to acquire customers.
We are seeking an individual with the following skills, abilities and/or experience:
- A current Property & Casualty Insurance License
- You are a self-starter with initiative
- Team player and contributor
- Highly organized and meticulous

Pay: $12.00/hour or Commission (whichever is higher)

Customer Service Representative
Agency 801 is a commercial start up insurance agency. We just celebrated a successful first year in operation and are looking to go to that next level. We are seeking a startup friendly, entrepreneurial minded person wanting to grow with us as a commercial P&C customer service representative!
The position starts out part-time, but applicant must be open to full-time work as the company grows.
We are seeking an individual with the following skills, abilities and/or experience:
- A current Property & Casualty Insurance License or willing to obtain one within 90 days of hire
- Knowledge of Agency Management Platforms
- Team player and contributor
- Highly organized and meticulous
- Knowledge of computer software programs, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Professional Verbal and Written Communication skills
- Identify, compile and manage information regarding renewals
- Research and compile answers to client policy and coverage questions
- Other tasks as requested
Pay: $15.00/hour – part time (20 hours a week)
